Hi guys,

I am still kind of a novice in revit (using revit arch. 2011) and i am trying to model this curtain wall for a project. I have attached a sample image of it. The wall is curved in plan and has this curved & slanted profile in elevation. Can anyone pls. help me model this in revit. A little detailed explanation is appreciated as I am still getting around the software. Thanx a lot.

Start in plan view. Sketch your curve. Select the curve. Select Create From. Select the Top curve in the extrusion. Set it to the proper height. Switch to an elevation view. Sketch the roof line curvature. extend the curve beyond the extents of the extrusion (left and right). connect the extended curve to another curve well above the limits of the extrusion. this new shape could resemble a rectangle with a concave bottom edge. select this shape. create a void form. extrude the void completely through your wall. repeat as needed
