Civil 3D 2011 . I can step through my section views, no problem, but the station listed is frozen at the first station, so I soon have no idea what section station I am looking at. Help!

I think you will want to use the drop down list instead.

Work around - Open a second drawing file that has some Civil 3D objects in it.

Work around - Open a second drawing file that has some Civil 3D objects in it.
Question:

IF the file had NO C3D objects in it how would she be able to use the section view editor?
There has to be AT LEAST a corridor in that file to get to those commands. And a corridor is a C3D object, right?

And they must be in MASTER VIEW, or Active Drawing View?

I'm not saying your suggestion doesn't help. I'm just asking.

Michael, the 'stations not advancing' problem somehow gets magically fixed in the corridor dwg once the second drawing has been opened and you switch back to the first. It's like C3D needs a swift kick in the pants to wake up that part of it.

Thanks for that Jeff, firstly I hadn't noticed the issue (need to look a bit closer at that).

Opening a second drawing w civil 3D objects worked like a charm. Thanks for the suggestion!
