Tengo este formato de datos de secciones en un archivo *.txt de la forma siguiente

CUAL ES LA MANERA DE INTRODUCIR ESTE TIPO SE SECCIONES EN UN ALINEAMIENTO.

por civil 3d no se pero en eagle point lo puedes insertar por road calc seleccionas el alinamiento y por data transfer selecciones y fornato

Lo que puedes haceer es crear puntos COGO con esos datos, desde el Ribbon:
Ribbon : Home
Panel: Create Ground Data
Comando: Points / Create Point Alignments / Import form file
