Summary: Have the "Gap of Wire Crossing" in the electrical settings not be dependent on "Project Units" Rounding Setting.

Description: In order to get a wire gap of 1/16" for example, I cannot have the project units Rounding setting to anything less than 1/16".

This is really only an issue of the display of the gap value within the Electrical Settings dialog box. The gap will still occur with the wires. For example, set project units to round at 1/256". Set the wire gap to 1/32". Draw two wires overlapping. The gap is there. Now set project units to round at 1/4". The gaps in the wires are still there. Go to Electrical Settings and it appears that the gap value is set to 0' - 0" but the gaps are still set to 1/32".

I recommend either removing this wish or rewriting it to address the dialog box bug.
