Hi all,
I have been asked to try and develop some measurable goals to give to our employees regarding our recent implementation of Revit MEP.
Has anyone given this any thought? Right off the top of my head I thought of the coordination benefit of revit. If things go how they should we should be spending less time in the CA phase of our projects so our standard 20% of the fee going to CA should decrease. The problem with that is that it applies to the entire team.
What types of measurements do you use for your Engineers, Designers, & Modeling Techs?
