We are using R-MEP 2011.
View is set to Mechanical, Medium, Hidden line, 1/8" scale.
In our view we have a duct that is going up to the next floor.
There is another piece of duct, part of a diffuser and part of a flex duct all underneath the duct that is going up.
We can't see any of the items under the rise.
We have tracked down the issue to the Duct Rise/Drop symbol (that's OOTB).
If we set the rise/drop symbol to "none" the items below show up dashed line like they should.

Any suggestions on what we can do to fix this?
I can't remember...can we edit those rise/drop symbols in 2011?
How can I make it "transparent", but still get the slash across it for return air symbology?

Thank you!

I'm do not believe that we can edit the rise/ drop symbols. (Someone PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong).

As far as elements below not showing up - try tweaking your "Inside Gap" and "Outside Gap" settings under the "Hidden Line" section of "Mechanical Settings" That sometimes help.
