Portable license utility

Here is one for you. We have a user in our office that uses Building Systems. He loaded ADT 2005 on his home computer then did the portable license utility from his Building Systems. Well, of course the license didn't work at home but not only that, it did something to the license utility and now he cannot load it back on his office computer.

HELP!

I don't think that will work because he is the only one in the office with Building Systems and so it is not on the network.

the page indicates that this feature is unavailable for domestiv versions through 2004.
