Invaild operation when exporting to DGN format from Civil 3D

I am now receiving an 'INVALID OPERATION' when exporting my Civil 3D topo survey to a DGN format. I have in the past exported this successfully. I have tried everything from recover, audit, calling IT ... Trying a different computer and Cad version.
Anyone have an Idea? Of course the project was due out Tuesday!

what version are you using, and can you send me a copy of the file to attempt the export to DGN operation on?

or INSECURE...then I can not help

other than to have you verify the data and driver options you have selected are OK

and or you have write permission to the folder you are exporting the file to.
