Deleting Stratum

I'm try to delete a stratum that I had made and I get an error message that says:

Error - Unable to generate dialog

How do I fix this?

Do you have the latest Service Pack applied? Also, is the Migration Assistance installed on your machine? Not sure which release you are using, but there were issues involving dialogs not showing or showing empty that were fixed by service packs in earlier versions.
