save a dwg file without block define

I have quit lot block on my drawing, and I need give customer a copy of drwings in *.dwg format.

are there a simple way, I can remove those Block define and keep it what is the blok showing on drawing

so customer not able to use my block

Either pdf / dwf the drawing. Or explode all and purge the drawing. By nature if the block exists in the drawing or has ever existed it is still there by definition. Thus it can be reused until the definition is purGed.
