Information Transfer between CostX and AutoDesk Revit MEP 2012

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone could provide me with an overview of information transfer between CostX and AutoDesk Revit MEP 2012 in terms of:

- The type of information that can be transferred
- The file formats of the information that is transferred
- The direction of the transfer (i.e. Revit to CostX, CostX to Revit, or bidirectional transfer)
- How useful and user friendly the information transfer process is
