Revit MEP -- ASI Issued

I am a MEP designer and have been working on a new multi-story project for about 2 weeks. (Revit MEP 2012)
Yesterday the dreaded ASI arrived. (in Revit model)
My question is: Can I link in the new ASI (which contains some changes affecting my MEP elements) and keep my 2 weeks worth of work that isn't affected by the ASI?
My plumbing file is a central model and the Arch. and Struct. are links. Changes came in the form of all disciplines seperately including changes to the plumbing via the engineer.

You can try to reload the link from the "reload from" if the file names are different.
I don't know why you wouldn't be able to keep what you already have.
You just need to remember to cloud all changes.
