Sequential numbering of parcels between different sites.

I am dealing with right-of-way acquisition on an existing road, we are improving the existing road.

We have several different land owners and existing right-of-way on this job, some of the property descriptions overlap each other.

As you know when you create parcels from two overlapping obects and they are on the same site there is a third parcel created where they overlap. To fix this problem I have created different sites.

I would like to sequential number the parcels between these different sites. Is there a setting or some way to avoid having two different parcels with the same name on two different sites? If someone has run into a similar situation or if anyone has any ideas to help it would be greatly appreciated.

I dont see this happening automatically unless you manipulate the parcel naming template, except that would be a global change and not a per site setting
