Time in a project

Sometimes I need to check the hours spent in a project, but I am not sure if the TIME command gives you the time while your are working on that project discounting the idle periods, or if it gives you the whole period. It should be great if the TIME function inform only the active period.

The express tools "edittime" is an excellent choice to track hard drafting time on CAD since it has an inactive timer on it also for when you are away from your desk.
