Just noticed that ASD 2013 deletes or overwrites layouts in drawing. I had drawing where was already 4 layouts and after adding 4 more so I could publish reinforcement tables to A4 sheets. After I had plotted these I noticed that first 3 layouts had disappeared. Luckily I had a other drawing where was almost sama layouts and imported them to drawing via desgin center and again, 3 of last created laytous disappeared. Also when I imported these layouts and renamed them correctly, ASD added (1) after layout name.

Anyone have any suggestions what may cause this?

ASD only shows a few layouts at a time but they are not lost, they just need reactivating by doubleclicking in the printouts tab of the Object Inspector. Then the "new" layout replaces one of the "old" layouts. Took me ages to realise what was going on.

Thanks! Quite big relief that everything I did yesterday is still there.

Why does it do this?
Is there some way of keeping all the tabs visible all the time?

Use the variable SETpbuf.

This is a common variable for all ASD modules and allows changing the number of layout tabs according to your preferences.
