View Full Version : The Form-Z Look
Here's a series of images I put together for a project proposal we were submitting. The marketing team wanted abstract images that would describe our design process without going too far and above all it must be "eye catching".

Very pretty. Form z look, but all done in Revit? Interested to know how you did the plan part on a rendered image. Great choices of materials, nice and transparent. What was their reaction? Would look great animated!
Max.
It's all Revit except the scanned in floor plan sketch. It's an existing warehouse building that is being converted so they gave us a hand drawn floor plan as background info on the project. We have not heard anything from them yet so I don't know how the images went over.
BTW, this hasn't been rendered. It would have been easy to do the image of the floor plan as a decal if it was...but harder to pull of the lines. This is simply a shaded with edges view.

ok, so how did you get the image to show up in 3d in a non-rendered view?
oh sorry, that part was photoshop... I was able to stretch the scanned floor plan to the shape I wanted it & made it semi-transparent.
