I am working with a Civil 3D file that was created with an imported XML file. Parcels, alignments and profiles were created with the import. When I start working with the corridors and grading, the parcels keep changing definition and size. Sometimes individual parcels disappear completely when a feature line is added. Is there some way to keep the integrity of the parcels intact while developing the grading and corridor objects?
