Unable to Join a Class

I just discovered there is a class in session that I would like to join. I clicked on the class as instructed and was sent to a class description page with a note at the bottom saying that I am a guest and would be able to join the class as soon as I became a member of AUGI. I AM currently a member of AUGI, but the only place I can go from this page is to the sign up page to join.

Hi

Try logging out of the AUGI web site, then logging back in.

If that doesn't work - then do this:

Click the "Clear Login Information" link in the left column of the Login page.

If all else fails you can try to: - Log out, clear your browser Cookies & History, then try logging back in.

This should not be required in most circumstances.

Every once in a while, I will experience the same thing. I just do as Mike said, log out and log back in and it usually clears the problem up right away.

Thanks Michael, that was the trick. I had logged out of the forums with no luck, but after completely leaving AUGI everything worked.
