FATAL ERROR??

All day today I've been getting a fatal error message when I try exploding a w-block. The message reads as follows:
Fatal Error: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0000 Exception at 5eba7888h.
Does anyone know what this means?? Any help would be appreciated!

Well, I've been trying to support something similar with one of my customers. Upon doing some research using Google ie. putting the error in the search bar, I found many possible reasons for the persons problem. They range from inadequate RAM/memory all the way to conflicts with Norton Antivirus software. Do yourself a favour and have a look there.
