Class Description: Implementing new software is more than just installing it out of the box. This session will look at some techniques for ensuring a smooth transition from one release to the next and how to plan and manage this important aspect at a business level. We’ll discuss implementation phases and provide ideas for planning your company’s next rollout of critical CAD applications. The session will also analyze the new features in each release and how these can be adopted at a company level. The session will finish off with some tips for targeting training of the new release and including this as part of the implementation strategy.
