SLOW UPDATING IN AN ASSEMBLY IV9

I have an assembly with around 30 parts. My problem is is when I drag a non constrained part it takes almost a minute for it to update. This started just recently and I am not sure what I have might of done for it to start working this way.

A few of questions for you.
1. Have you recently updated your OS?
2. or video card drivers?
3. Are all the parts in your assembly fully resolved?
