Job Titles

I wanted to know if anyone had a good resource for definitions of BIM titles. I am looking for any sort of publication, or widely accepted guide/standard, that defines the different levels of BIM position.

Looking online I've seen BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator, BIM Specialists, etc. as different titles, but am having a difficult time finding a list that puts them in an order of hierarchy and responsibility. I realize that this may very well be company specific, but if anyone has multiple positions/titles listed in their company's handbook, I would be interested in knowing what they are.

Our HR moves so slowly that, even though I started rolling out our BIM adoption in 2007, I left in 2013 still as the CADD Coordinator.

When I was doing research for the Salary Survey options, I saw BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator and VDC Manager and VDC Director as the most common BIM-related titles (indeed.com for job listings, and a skim through my LinkedIn connections).
Of course, I'd be interested in anything anyone else comes up with.

This is nice. I am currently implementing this into a my firm and was looking for a more definitive list. Right now the owners just throw random titles at people.
