I'm submitting some record drawings to a client who has version 2002. I'm running version 2005. I've been told that saving back to 2002 will cause problems. I'm not using any building systems objects in my drawings. Does anyone else know of issues saving back to 2002 and how they can be overcome, without having to go back to version 2002.

Thanks.

Just use the export to autocad 2000 from your "File" Menu. This will dumb down all your intelligent objects...but since you aren't using them, no harm no foul.

If you have objects like fields or tables you may encounter problems with those objects. If all you have in your drawing is plain lines, arcs, circles, etc. and no Architectural Desktop or Building Systems content then there shouldnt be any problems saving the drawing as a 2002 version file.

Thanks guys,
That helps a lot. It's tough going back to 2002 when you've been away from it for a long time.
