Summary: While working at Intel D1X the UCS for the factory was rotated 22.333333 degrees off of Plant North. You can rotate the UCS in Autocad and create a named UCS but not in Naisworks so anytime you measure in Navisworks it was not accurate.
Description: If the dwg is rotated other than 90 degrees from 0 you can't measure accurately in Navisworks. The Industry depends on Navisworks, it is a great tool but this is a problem that has been around for a while, it is time to fix it.
