Class Description: This Presentation is a “Lessons Learnt” session where you will be shown examples of what not to do and what was done to remedy the problems encountered.
It is derived from the experiences of the development of a 14.000 sqm (300.000 sqf) building comprising, 4 level basement car park and 7 level office tower in the outer suburbs of Melbourne, Australia.
Some time at the end of the session will be made available for attendees to volunteer their own project experiences.
