Class Description: Learn how to take your Civil 3D file and translate it into a topo surface in Revit. Work through the processes taken within the Civil 3D environment to accurately export the model and translate the surface into the Revit environment. Learn how to split, merge, add sub-regions, and a pad to your model while following the line work from your Civil 3D file as a guide. We will also cover acquiring coordinates and project orientation as well as setup and views with specific tags. Then, export the Revit model to Civil 3D for accurate site planning and utility hookups.
