Class Description: <span style="color: windowtext;">Rules-based grading. A proper residential lot design will produce a residential lot that can sell. Learn how to leverage AutoCAD® Civil 3D® 2010 to quickly and efficiently design or grade a lot and ensure that the revisions are dynamic, as are all the other objects within Civil 3D. In defining a rule-based lot grading, we will also explore other options of applying these same rules to not only subassemblies but also to feature lines.</span>
