Sir,
I am working with Autodesk Map2002 and 2004 currently. While Building the Topology after Digitization, is there any method for including text object written inside the polygon as a database field, along with ID, AREA, etc? Could anybody please help me: Its very difficult to re-enter the text objects while converting into other formats.

In Map 2004 (I don't think it was available in 2002), check out the Annotation object. It allows you to create 'dynamic' text based on: dbase fields, or object data fields, or object properties, etcc..

You may also want to check into the Map->Database->Generate Links... command. This command can be used to insert the values inside of text entities into object data tables, as well as external database tables, both of which can be hooked to annotations. (Warning: I, too, am using 2004)
