Title: Shave Weeks Off Redrawing and Boost Productivity with AutoCAD® Civil 3D®: Environmental Case Study

Course Description: Our company, CPG New Zealand, used AutoCAD Civil 3D to assist in the cleanup of a stream and associated flood protection works. The Waiwhetu stream and associated flood protection works project undertaken on behalf of the Greater Wellington Regional Council was prompted by the need to revive a stream contaminated by toxic waste from a nearby former industrial plant. The complex project required the design of a 3D model incorporating several different retaining wall surfaces and slopes, depths, and volumes of sediment for both the existing stream and a planned new course.
