Door Hinge Location

It would be really nice to have the ability to locate which side the hinge of the door is located on while placing the door. Currently one has to place it & then flip it. Something as simple as holding down a hot key like shift or ctrl.

Unless I'm very much mistaken you can press the space bar when placing a door to flip its handing.

I don't know about the space bar thing, I can't seem to get that to work because spacebar acts as an enter.
However, if you simply move the mouse around in the area of the door, the door swing will change based on the location of the cursor. I am using 2005 and I'm pretty sure it was like this in 2004. Haven't used 2006 yet, so I don't know about it.

I think I'll retract my wish. In the months that have transpired since I wrote this, I've gotten accustomed to using the offset/center option with doors. If I want a specific dimension then I just tab through the dynamic dims & type the dim I want.
