Hello, I have acad lt 2005 when I use the double line command "DL" the snaps are turned off. If I type "s" at the command line for Snap option it has an ON/OFF toggle its set to on and still no snaps. I can turn snaps on by using the F3 key, but all of my default snaps are cleared and I have to pick each individually. When I exit the command the default snaps are restored. I have to manually turn snaps on each time I use the double line command.
Whats up with this? Is this the way its supposed to be?
Thanks Jim

Hi
Check out the following Technical Document on the Autodesk web site under the Knowledge Base section -
ID: TS48201 - Object snaps are turned off at random during drawing session (http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/item?id=2876715&linkID=2475874&siteID=123112)
Please note - Above document references AutoCAD LT 2000, but from what "Jim" has written it would appear the document still applies to AutoCAD LT 2005 LT.
Have a good one, Mike

Thanks Mike, I found that after I posted.
You would think there would be an option to turn the snaps on for further uses...
Thanks for your help. jim
