Masonry opening

I am looking for a door style that has 2" frame in the sides and 4" across the top. I want to match up with the CMU coursing.

Have you looked into Door/Window Assemblies? [Window Assemblies in ADT3.3 and earlier, but they still can contain a door.] You can assign different frame profiles to the various frame members of a DWA, which would allow you to have a 4" head frame with 2" jambs.

The "Hinged Single 4 Inch Head" and "Hinged Double 4 Inch Head" DWAs that ship with ADT2004 [and later, probably] do what you want.
