Hi All.

We are busy working a rather large project. As is the case normally when you have a deadline something goes wrong. I tried to save my local file and save to central. Revit gave me an error that said that my file needed to be manually upgraded and that i should contact my Autodesk Service Provider.

I tried to save my local file. I tried to resave my file as a central file. I tried to just save the central file and i was given the same error each time. I had about 30mins to meet my deadline and luckily I did not lose much work so i was able to just start again.

Has anyone else had this problem and how was it resolved?

Yes had the same problem last week. In our case it was solved by saving again to the central file. I think it our case is was caused by a break in network connection during the first save to central. We were saving over adsl and a VPN.

We are running a 1 gig LAN, i could not even save the file locally onto my drive though. I found this very strange. Do you know of anyone else who had this problem?

Afraid I do this problem has re occurred and we are currently unable to save either local file to central I've put a support request in but currently can't get the Autodesk web site to upload the file keeps timing out.
