I have a problem with accessing the e-Learning site
It works OK at the office, I can log on and work through the Revit catalog but at home I cannot open the tutorials.
With IE, I can expand the menu options until I get to the tutorial, (ie: Massing For Conceptual Design) but I can’t click through the page beyond.
I’ve enabled ActiveX and checked many settings and made many changes
I’ve disabled Win XP Pop-up stopper
I’ve disabled the other old pop-up stopper (pre Win XP SP2) from loading.
I’ve put ‘pointA.autodesk.com’ in my Trusted sites
Deleted Cookies, Offline content and History.
No Joy.
And Firefox won’t even recognise the link. Instead of a pointing finger I get the ‘I’ cursor and again I cannot link through.
Any clues?
It’s obviously something VERY simple, but it’s kept me out for 3 days now and driving me mad. :banghead:
