Plot manager

Hi all

Hope someone can help me.
I'm looking for a plot manager that will be able to tell me the amount of plots made and for which project they where made?

We use a software called "parner jet" for print management. It gives everyone in the office a unique code. When you go to print anything, it asks you what project it is for. It also keeps track of copies made on the copy machines and I believe it can track black and white versus color prints also.
