I have recently been preparing a landscape plan using Revit. ( Not something I normally do, but seeing as I had the building database, the client asked asked me ....... yet another advantage of Revit :D )
Using splines to define garden beds, turfed areas etc, it would be a great advantage if there was a way to offset a spline as can be done with other line types. This is useful for defining kerbs, fill areas etc.
