here's another simple addition to the rear of the dwelling, redoing the kitchen /meals/sitting area. base model in revit, exported to sketchup and finally rendered in piranesi. all great programs.

Its a practice question more than something related to the post, but how do you make
another simple addition to the rear of the dwelling, redoing the kitchen /meals/sitting area give enough fee income to cover doing this kind of 3D stuff? Or is it the case that the 3D stuff actually sells it more quickly?
