View Full Version : ISO Dimensioning - Urgently need help
Years ago we had a lisp routine for dimensioning in isometric. It's long gone. Does anyone know of one free OR otherwise. I just got one of those calls from the boss. "Get a new laptop, load Autocad, and get it ready for Isometric drafting, by tomorrow, this is a hot project!" I just don't think I have the time to right the routine my self.
Thanks in advance.

If you are talking real 3D there is no problem.
Just create a UCS there you want a dimension plane
and use your default dimension.
..eehh do you mean an isometric text style, or to dimension in a isometric view ?
: ) Happy Computing !

http://www.cadresource.com/library/utilities/isotools.zip
from a google search. Did not download or try.
I wish it were that simple. My boss is clueless when it comes to real 3d.
Thanks anyway.
