named view label block

In the s.s.m. I have my label block for views set to our standard template as usual, however, today when I insert named views, the Drawing Block Title label is not coming in. I can insert it from the template, but why is it not coming in with the view?

oops. I never actually chose the block to use once I had selected the template to use.

On the same topic, AutoCAD says you can select multiple blocks to use for your label block. I don't understand: how can you have more than one label block. I can only select one, though, there is no indication that the block I chose was selected, it does come in with the view.

Is it true that you should be able to pick from multiple blocks?

Try using a DYN block

I'm using 2005, so I don't have that option. So the original questions stands, the help says you can select multiple blocks to use as your label block, but how?
