How to change 3D to 2D in layout

I use new Viewport and after draft show it's still frame of viewport and have some line.
I want delete tangent line. How I do it?.

Do you mean you want to hide the lines that form the boundary of the viewport?
If so, put the viewport object on a separate layer and either freeze that layer (so it doesn't show at all) or make it a non-plotting layer.
