ABS 2006 Error

I'm getting the following error when I initially startup building systems "Invalid Enum Map String; Coupling". How do I resolve this error?

I ran a quick search on the autodesk discussion groups & came up with a bunch of possible answers, however, I haven't the time to search them all.
