Typical Joist / Extent of Joists

On our Residential Framing Plans we typical indicate a typical joist in a heavy line. Perpendicular to this joist we show arrows indicating the extent of this particular joist pattern. We are presently using a text note with leader lines but it doesn't look any different than our standard notes with leaders. Does anyone have a better way?

If I need to change anything I can edit group.

If you need variatitons you can un-group and make as many as needed.
