Alignemnt labels?

I am having a problem with my alignment labels. After I have created my alignment and set up a style to use and using it i have it looking pretty good in model space. My problem begins from there when i go to paperspace of my plan sheet the alignment text is ridiculously huge I have tried many things LTScale, text style settings, etc.... but I still think I am missing something any help would be great.

The long and short of it is that you will have to create a style with a different text height when you want them to look good in paperspace.
