2d Visability

May as well go for the trifecta here. Can we also get more control over fill and 2D symbols. As an examole, if a path is added to the site plan ( ie concrete floor ) it covers completely over any previously placed 2d elements ( like plant symbols ) or fill. Be nice to control the visability of those elements. Bring to front doesn't always do anything much (?)
