I have a true type font that is plotting in wingdings, and it is driving me nuts. I have check my custom properties for the DWF6 driver and that font should be capturing, but apparently it is not.
Any suggestions????

Ok... DWF viewed Ok for me, but PDF has issues...
On your end are you having issues with the DWF, PDF, or both?

I am having problems with plotting to the dwf. Instead of the true type font SansSerif Bold I get squares. The pdf file that is attached i created from the dwf file that i have problems with.

Hi

Just so I am 100% clear about this, and fully understanding the issue / problem you are currently experiencing...

Does the DWF file view correctly for you in DWF Composer / DWF Viewer?

Does the issue / problem only appear when you actually Plot the DWF file to an output device?

Have a good one, Mike

When I do a plot preview everything shows up just fine. Then once I plot to the DWF driver something just doesn't want to work right. I open the dwf file up in the view and i just get boxes instead of text. It is quite frustrating.
I hope that clears things up a bit more.

Hi

I honestly believe the DWF you create is fine.

Why? - Tod and myself are correctly able to view the DWF file you posted ie. All text characters display correctly.

I am using DWF Viewer version 6.0 (Build version: 6.0.0.200)

What software are you using to view the DWF file in?

Have a good one, Mike

I never thought that to be the problem, I will get the newer version and see if that fixes my problem.

It has been one of those days here in the office.

Good luck, and fingers crossed it will cure the issue / problem.

Here is a direct link to the Autodesk DWF Viewer page - Autodesk DWFViewer (http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/index?siteID=123112&id=2404513)
