Just completed these drawings for a bidding on the electrical / plumbing / heating parts
Not really IOTW stuff but let me know what you think (yes I know its in dutch but its not so hard to understand, even I can do it)

What bugged me the most is the "elevation" parameter in the electrical fixtures.
In the family editor the elevation parameter is not available, but it is when you load the family in your project.
I had to create a Shared parameter for "installation Height" but the elevation parameter kept interfering. In the end I just let go of it and used a "blank" shared parameter (not connected to a dimension.

Very nice set of docs, Nic.

What a brilliant set of layouts, clear understandable who cares if its Dutch. Euro electrical symbols and in colour too! It would be great if you could set out step by step exactly what you did to achieve it. Even better if you posted the annototation families, and legend!! Should be part of the Revit Content Library.

Thanks for the reply

The contractors were happy to see clear info.
And if the contracter is happy,..
