Ok, so this is my first time playing with this program, but I'm used to the orbitor tool.
I know there must be a way to view your model in any direction, how do you do it?
Opps, never mind I found it.

Hi David,
In Revit we "spin the model". Click on the big eyeball on the toolbar which will bring up the Dynamic View dialog box. Click the Spin button then use your mouse (click and drag) to turn it any way you want.

I knew it was going to be easy, I just need to get a better feel for user interface.

Even simpler.

Shift Key+Hold Middle Mouse button.

New in 8.1 is the ability to orbit around a particular object.
Select the object(s) and they then become the center of rotation for the view. Otherwise the entire view is orbited.

Thanks Aaron. I am going to give that one a try. I presume it will be in Revit Structure 2, which is akin to Building 8.1
