Plotting Problem

Hi everyone

I'm plotting my sheets all plot but one when it comes to my section sheet it hangs my plotter.I have deleted the sheet and made a new sheet and the same thing happens.
Any idea why this is happening?
And pushing up the file size from 12MB to 71 MB.

need more info on this one sheet...is it in shaded view or hidden line..etc, 3D...?
have you try PDF first then sent it to the plotter....?

Ok it;s a sheet with section on /hidden line.
but it's only the one section that is causing the problem.
I have deleted the section and did a new section in the same place and still the same problem the file size has gone up to 83 MB.
None of the other section gives me this problem.

Mark check if there are any imported DWG's. Ensure they are switched off in Section views.

My advice is when Importing DWG'S, as much as possible do the Link with Current view only.
That way you don't have to go switch off all the plan rubbish that is coming thru' in section and elevation, which IMO is making the plot size enormous.

This comment is just to address how the file changed to 83MB. I don't know if this will help. I just had a problem with opening a file after I imported a bmp file. My file went from 12MB to 33MB. I could not fix it and had to go to a back up. Did you import and files recently into Revit?
