Plan Visibility for Countertops

Is there way to control the visibility of countertops for plan views such that you do not see the lines of half walls through the countertop?

Just make the 3D of the countertop visible in plan...

If you are wanting to show the cabinets below, but not the wall behind, you can use linework and give it an invisible line type.
