I've posted a new version of the DWF Batch Printer ( 1.8 ) to the Autodesk DWF Viewer forums:

As this is the first time I've posted about it here, a few important points:
- It's free
- It's for sending multiple DWF's to your choice of printer/plotter
- It can print to scale or to fit
- It handles single and multiple sheet DWF's
- It handles mixed orientations and page sizes
- It's well tested, but there's still no warranty!
- It is open source though, so if you don't like something, change it
